Upon signing and/or submitting this application or grant agreement, the fellow provides the following certification. 2. The following certification is an essential description of the facts that are trusted when the Agency awards the grant. If it is subsequently established that the fellow knowingly issued a false certificate or otherwise violated the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act, the Agency may, among other remedies available to the federal government, take action that has been authorized under the Drug-Free Work Act. For non-individual fellows, Alternate I. 4 applies. For individual fellows, Alternate II. 5. Jobs in grants to fellows other than individuals should not be registered on certification. If they are known, they can be identified in the grant application.
If the fellow does not identify the workplaces at the time of application or at the time of the award, the fellow must keep the identity of the workstation in his office and provide the information to the federal inspection. The lack of identification of all known jobs is a violation of the scholar`s drug-free employment requirements. 6. The identification of workstations must indicate the actual address of buildings (or parts of buildings) or other sites where work is carried out under the grant.
