(b) the tenant has been considered to be in need of care; (4) The tenant may not accept the use of the deposit and interest as rent unless the landlord consents in writing. (2) A lessor shall ensure that the terms of a lease required by section 13 [Lease Requirements] of the Act and section 13 [Model Terms] of this Regulation are set out in the lease agreement in such a way that they are clearly different from the terms that are not required under these Sections.
